Nerja maintains alive its traditions: the fair, Holy Week, “la Romería de San Isidro”, the feast day of San Juan or the festivity of “La Virgen del Carmen” are celebrated in a special way.
Of its cultural offer, one needs to highlight the festival of “La Cueva de Nerja”, celebrated amongst the stalactites and the stalagmites of this Bien de Interes Cultural, which, at present, is the third most visited monument in Spain.
