The nine-hole La Siesta course in Calahonda is a private club although visiting golfers are always welcome. Enrique Canales designed this layout in which the distances from tee to green vary widely. The 7th hole may even require a wood to reach the green.

The distance from the tees to the greens differ considerably from hole to hole and, despite being a short course, golfers get the impression that they are playing on a much longer one. The course itself doesn´t present any problems. From the tee of 7th it´s possible to reach the green using a wood.

After a round you can retire to the clubhouse and enjoy the views of the sea and of the last hole, a must for the thousands of golfers who choose the Costa del Sol as their holiday destination.

How to get there: Turn off the highway towards Málaga about 13 kilometres from Marbella and take the Calahonda exit.
