At La Cala North course, when the playing the par five 15th you can enjoy breathtaking views over the South course and the sea.
From the 16th the landscape is equally distracting but watch out for the water. This may be one a short par three but accuracy and touch are needed, especially if there is a wind blowing.
The La Cala Resort also offers squash and tennis courts,an indoor swimming pool, saunas, a restaurant and well-stocked pro shop. The club also has its own hotel on site and property for sale.
The club is open all year round.
How to get there: Turn off the highway at La Cala de Mijas and you will see a sign for the golf course, which is about 6 kilometres away. There is also another way to get there, from a road located between mijas Golf and Alhaurin Golf
