The Golf Courses in Granada are located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada National Park, whose peaks remain white for most of the year. The province stands out not only by its extraordinary nature that combines high mountains and tropical coast only 50 km away, but also is home to an important Andalucian heritage, whose main representative is the Alhambra in Granada, heritage of humanity.
There are currently three golf courses in the province although there are several more in development in Guadix, in the north of Granada and Loja, towards Malaga. Granada Golf Club is located just 8 km from the city center, with splendid views over the city and the Sierra Nevada as a backdrop. The golf course “Los Moriscos” in return lies in front of the beach in Motril.
The city of Granada has also recently enabled a sports complex in the neighborhood of La Chana, whose facilities as well feature a Golf school.
