The beautiful Costa Tropical

The Costa Tropical (the Tropical coast) is without a doubt, one of Andalucia's most beautiful stretches of coastline. Parellels are often drawn between its beaches and the beaches found in the Cabo de Gata National Park, in the Province of Almeria. 

The Costa Tropical sits just West of the Costa del Sol. The town of Nerja acts as a natural border between the Costa del Sol and the Costa Tropical.

Falling within the province of Granada, the whole coastline is characterised by its dramatic landscape. Mountains seem to literally drop right into the sea, providing a series of coves and hidden beaches.
